Q - When is my Continuing Education requirement due?
A - Brokers = June 30, 2010 Salespersons = September 30, 2010
Q - Do I have to sent copies of my certificates to MREC?
A - Your license renewal form will list any courses that you do not have to submit certificates for. If you have taken courses for your license renewal
that are not listed on the renewal form, you will need to submite certificates for those classes.
Q - How many hours am I required to take?
A - All licensees (Brokers and Salespersons) must take a total of 12 hours. Three of those hours will be a Core course, with the remaining 9 hours being
the Elective courses of your choice.
Q - What are my options for Core this renewal cycle?
A - MREC has determined that all Missouri licensees will take a course titled "Representation Options in the State of Missouri" for the 2009-2010 license
renewal. SLAR has 3 different versions of this class, with 3 different instructors.
